This part sidelined me.

I was having trouble finding this part tried different shops and websites. Most of the websites were NO help then I found your site ordered it showed up promptly. I have not had time to install it yet but it appears to be a quality part for a good price. PS. I'm a machinist and would not be worth my time to try to manufacture it myself. We will be doing more business in the future.

Much better then the original

Great upgrade item, the lug which the bolt goes through could be at least 1mm longer, the bolt just about got into its hole in the head, but a great item and very high quality.

tach guide

Fits tight like it should I used a longer bolt as a guide so bolt hole would be lined up when its seated flush to engine then put in shorter bolt does the trick no more oil leaking all over the place in my opinion works better than original

A common problem with z1 900 is a leak within the tach gear drive oem gaskets over age.
This replacement from Z1 Parts appears to be machined perfectly for easy installation and the problems sites are double sealed with o rings and where the tach cable attaches the large washer fits perfectly
