Please read this information carefully before completing your purchase.

The Z1 regulator is basically the same item as the other combination
regulator / rectifiers that we sell for the Kawasaki's with the exception of
the length of the wires.

• Buyers should have no trouble installing the rectifier 
• it mounts to the bottom of the battery box, where the original voltage regulator was mounted
• won't fit  where rectifier used to be 
• Once mounted, the wires plug into it just like the original components did.

The black wire from the new unit (the ground) - MUST be connected to the negative
battery terminal.

Trying to ground it anywhere else, or any bad ground can cause the unit to catch on fire (really)
